A Depew man has been sentenced to six months in jail and five years probation as the result of a crash that injured another motorist.
Anthony Myers, 33, pleaded guilty in State Supreme Court to a felony count of first degree vehicular assault, after a June 30, 2019 crash on the westbound I-90 in West Seneca.
Myers had a breathalyzer-recorded blood alcohol content of 0.25 when the car he was driving crashed into a disabled vehicle. The driver of that vehicle suffered neck and back injuries.
In addition to the jail term and parole, Myers was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and perform 50 hours of community service. His license has been revoked for one year and he must continue with alcohol counseling.
