15-year-old arrested for Lockport school bomb threat
Lockport Police have arrested a 15-year-old in connection with a bomb threat Monday.
First responders were called out to Lockport Schools at the beginning of the day, after receiving a threatening message sent to the district.
Law enforcement agencies searched Lockport High School, Lockport High School West and North Park Middle School, but later determined the buildings were safe and school activities resumed their normal day.
The 15-year-old suspect has been charged with making a false report in the 1st degree: a class D felony. The case has been referred to Family Court.
