The Genesee County Sheriff has cancelled the Amber Alert it issued Thursday for a 14-year-old girl and the 22-year-old man suspected of abducting her.
The sheriff says Kamerie Elizabeth Ellicott and Guillermo Torres-Acevedo were located together in Mansfield, PA by state police.
Ellicott was unharmed and will be returned to Byron in Genesee County, where she disappeared. Torres-Acevedo was taken into custody on warrants from New York and is being held in Pennsylvania pending extradition proceedings.
The sheriff says the investigation and additional charges are pending.
