Buffalo Police have arrested two men in connection with the shooting of an off-duty police officer and another man.

Arrested are Adrian Lias, 41, of Buffalo and Reginald Hokes, 40, of Charlotte, NC.
Detectives say the shooting happened just before 3:30 a.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of Broadway. The two victims were in their vehicle after leaving the Groove Lounge, a restaurant and sports bar/night spot on Broadway, when Lias approached the vehicle and began shooting.

A short time later, Ferry-Fillmore officers pulled over a vehicle in the 300 block of Jefferson Avenue that matched a description of the one involved in the shooting.
Lias has been charged with 2 counts of assault in the first degree, criminal possession of a loaded weapon and reckless endangerment. Hokes has been charged with criminal possession of a loaded weapon.
Police Monday morning said both shooting victims have been treated and released from Erie County Medical Center.
