A short time later, Ferry-Fillmore officers pulled over a vehicle in the 300 block of Jefferson Avenue that matched a description of the one involved in the shooting.
Lias has been charged with 2 counts of assault in the first degree, criminal possession of a loaded weapon and reckless endangerment. Hokes has been charged with criminal possession of a loaded weapon.
Police Monday morning said both shooting victims have been treated and released from Erie County Medical Center.
