A member of the Kingsmen Motorcycle Club has been sentenced to eight years in prison in connection with a drug and firearms ring operated by his South Buffalo chapter.
The U.S. Attorney's Office says Stanley Olejniczak, 53, of Buffalo was convicted of RICO conspiracy, after admitting his Kingsmen members and associates used and distributed marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine and other controlled substances, as well as firearms.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Joseph Tripi and Brendan Cullinane, who handled the case, said that from 2009-2016, Olejniczak was among 20 club members and associates charged in the 2013 bloody shut down the Springville club chapter.
To date, 14 have been convicted, including National President David Pirk. Charges remain pending against six other defendants.
The sentencing was the culmination of a large-scale investigation led by the FBI in Buffalo, with assistance from the FBI in Knoxville, TN, and Jacksonville, FL and the field offices of ICE, ATF, Erie County Sheriff, Buffalo Police, New York State Police, Olean Police, Lancaster Police, Amherst Police, North Tonawanda Police, NFTA Police, Cattaraugus County Sheriff and Hamburg Police.
