A Jamestown man has been arrested after Jamestown Police answered an overnight complaint of possible child abuse.
Jamestown Police say the call came in from Myrtle Street. They ended up taking a two-month-old infant to UPMC Chautauqua WCA Hospital in Jamestown. Under trauma care, the infant was then transferred to Oishei Children's Hospital in Buffalo and was listed in very serious condition.
Police say Rory Davis, 30, is in custody. He is charged with second-degree assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Davis was being held pending arraignment.
