A Buffalo man has been arraigned in the death of a homeless man.
The Erie County District Attorney's office has announced that Peter Isaacs, 38, has been arraigned in State Supreme Court on an indictment charging him with second degree murder. Isaacs is charged with strangling Preston German, 46, of Buffalo inside a vacant home at 168 West Ave. in October following an argument.
Isaacs has pleaded not guilty and has been remanded to jail without bail. If convicted, he faces 25 years to life in prison.
