Two local men with previous child pornography convictions have pleaded guilty to more charges.
The U.S. Attorney's Office says 33-year-old David Barraclough of Tonawanda - a convicted sex offender - is now facing a mandatory minimum penalty of another 10 years in prison, a maximum of 20 years and a $250,000 fine.
Authorities say he was originally arrested in November 2014 for endangering the welfare of a child. While in custody, police found more than than 200 images and videos of child porn and conversations with a minor in his apartment.
Also pleading guilty to new child porn charges is 44-year-old Daniel Krull of Niagara Falls. Krull also had a previous conviction and is now facing a mandatory minimum penalty of another 15 years and a maximum of 40 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.
Authorities says Krull exchanged child porn via a private Facebook group, which has since been shut down after a tip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. He also had sexual contact with a 10-year old girl on multiple occasions.
Both Barraclough and Krull will be sentenced in March.
