A Jamestown man is facing multiple charges after police conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle parked on the wrong side of the street on Friday.
Shanis Garcia-Guzman was found in possession of heroine, marijuana and a hypodermic instrument. Jamestown Police also searched the 34-year-old man's vehicle and found a stolen 9 millimeter handgun within immediate reach of four children riding as passengers.
In addition to drug and weapons charges and a parking violation, Garcia-Guzman is charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
