Buffalo homicide detectives are investigating two Friday shootings that occurred on the city's eastside.
Shortly before 11:30 on Friday night a 37-year-old man was shot at Walden and St. Louis Avenues. Earlier reports say the man was taken to ECMC where he was pronounced dead. Police are now saying the man is not dead however he is in critical condition.
Earlier that afternoon a man drove himself to an East Ferry Police precinct after being shot on French Street. He was also taken to ECMC with serious injuries. Anyone with information should call the confidential TIPCALL Line 716-847-2255.
