Niagara Falls man arrested after hitting two people with vehicle

A Sunday morning incident on Lockport road left two people injured and one man in jail.

Authorities say 34-year-old Brian Moody was in a fight outside Soliday's Bar and Grill when he got in his vehicle and hit two people. Moody fled the scene but was later found and arrested. The victims received medical  attention at a nearby hospital and were released.

Moody has been charged with reckless driving, driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana. He has been sent to Niagara Conty jail with bail set at $5,000.
