Two men fall victim to a pair of Friday night robberies

Authorities are looking for information regarding a pair of robberies that took place on Friday in Buffalo and Orchard  Park.

A Canisius College student was robbed at gunpoint in Buffalo near Jefferson Avenue and Blaine street around 4pm. The male student was preparing to buy an Xbox from a woman he met online when he was approached by an armed man who took his money and school i.d. The suspect is described to be a male between 20 and 30-years-old.

Later that night in Orchard Park a 15-year-old male leaving an Orchard Park/Niagara Falls high school football game was attacked while walking on N. Freeman rd around 9 p.m. The suspect kicked the young man in his head several times and took his phone, money and backpack. He is described as a young black male wearing white pants, a hooded sweatshirt and work boots. The victim did not need medical attention.
