A year-long investigation has resulted in the arrest of four people in Little Valley on drug and rape charges. Fifty-one year old Tina Wagoner faces numerous rape and prostitution charges for making a pre-teen child available to three men for sexual purposes. The three men, all in their thirties, apparently were given access to the youth in exchange for drugs and alcohol.
The investigation is continuing, and Child Protective Services has taken custody of the girl.
