A Niagara County Grand Jury has handed down a 122 count indictment against a Lewiston man accused of kidnapping and torture.  67-year-old Iver Phallen pleaded not guilty during his arraignment yesterday.

The indictment names two female victims. The District Attorney reportedly told the court that the women were strangled and hanged to the point of blacking out and having seizures. Phallen allegedly met his victims at a "gentlemen's club" in Buffalo.

Authorities add they found a laptop with more than 800-thousand images of of bondage and sadomasochism and a list of "next targets" at his townhouse.

Phallen's wife is reported to have been at their Florida home at the time of the incidents. Officials told the court she had no idea what he was capable off.

Phallen was remanded to Niagara County Jail without bail.  A tentative trial date has been set for March 3, 2015.
