Buffalo Police arrested and charged a second suspect Thursday in the murder of an Airport Taxi cab driver. 55-year-old Mazen Abdallah was shot to death inside his cab on Norfolk In March. 16-year-old Sean Austin of Buffalo was arraigned on murder and robbery charges in Erie County Court.

Last month police arrested the first suspect, 17-year old South Park football star Maurice Howie in the murder.

"We believe we have the two suspects responsible," said Buffalo Police Commissioner Daniel Derenda. "People can feel a littler safer tonight.

Dereneda says Thursday's arrests wraps up the murder investigation.

"He's been a suspect and has actually been in custody on other charges," said Derenda.  "Mr. Austin has also been indicted for a December 2, 2012 strong armed robbery, another robbery on December 3rd, a gunpoint robbery on February 1st and another robbery on February 9th."

Austin is also charged with three other taxi cab robberies and a couple of pizza delivery robberies.

Derenda says the teen went on a "very violent crime spree since last December".
