Reaction continues to President Trump's decision to raise tariffs on thousands of Chinese imports.
"Companies are always looking to grow," said Craig Turner, President of World Trade Center Buffalo Niagara. "If there's this air of uncertainty out there, it's hard to decide make investments, hard to decide to take on new people or take on new product lines."
While the tariffs may cause some companies to look to Vietnam and other trade partners for products, Turner points out that changing supply chains is not simple or quick.
