As a gateway to the city, Niagara Street for many years served as a sign of Buffalo's decline. Much has changed in recent years. On WBFO's Press Pass, Jim Fink of Business First says Niagara Street has been boosted by $120 million in private investment developments. Now, a Rochester-area developer is taking part in a project near Busti Avenue. "When you see out-of-town dollars coming in and investing in your city, that's a pretty significant milestone."
