Another Fortune magazine "Best Places to Work" survey has been released and, again, Wegmans has placed first on the list.
Based on employee surveys, the Rochester-based grocery store has been deemed the best workplace in retail.
The survey covered six categories: Great Challenges, Great Atmosphere, Great Rewards, Great Pride, Great Communication and Great Bosses.
Nearly 1,200 of Wegmans' 46,800 employees participated in the survey. Wegmans currently operates 95 stores across six states.
