The second wave of Artie Award Nominations went live on WBFO's Facebook page on Wednesday (final categories will be announced next Wednesday at noon) as read by a talented collection of 2019 winners (see the archives as lovingly maintained by MusicalFare's Doug Weyand). Actor/Director/Artie Committee member (and multiple former Artie Award winner herself) Mary Craig joined Anthony Chase to announce more 30th Anniversary Artie Award Nominations at www.wbfo.org on Facebook Live. Craig and Chase were joined virtually by winners from 2019 including:
Kyle Baran who won Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Musical for his role in Ragtime at MusicalFare Theatre,
Cassie Cameron who won Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Play for her role in Golden Boy at Irish Classical Theatre Company
Melinda Capeles who won Outstanding Actress in a Musical for La Lupe: My Life, My Destiny at Raíces Theatre Company
Lou Colaiacovo who won Outstanding Actor in a Musical for his role in Big Fish at Second Generation Theatre,
