This weekend, the Niagara County Fair will feature sign language interpretation for the first time during Sunday's entertainment. WBFO's Disability Reporter Emyle Watkins called Justin Rogers, the Niagara County Fair Director to learn a little more about the fair and how they're making the final day of the fair more accessible to more people.
