261 million birds are predicted to be migrating south

Every spring and fall, billions of birds migrate through the country, usually during the night.

We talk to Andrew Farnsworth, senior research associate in the Center for Avian Population Studies at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, about what this season of peak migration time will bring.
