Shoppers in New York will be getting a tax break on some of their favorite items one again.
Beginning today, a four percent tax break will be applied to clothing and shoe purchases that are valued under $110. A similar expemtion was lifted in October of 2010.
The exemption cuts the added tax to these purchases in half for most counties in the state.
