The Jamestown Prendergast library system --  which serves Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties -- has a brand new director.   WBFO News contributor Ray Marks traveled to the Southern Tier and sat down with Linda Mielke, who comes to Western New York from California -- where she held a similar position.
