Rainy weather moves into Buffalo mid-morning Friday

- A high wind watch takes effect Friday night through Saturday night.

Forecasters say the wind watch is for all of Western New York expect Allegany County. Wind gusts could be as high as 55 miles per hour Saturday.

Lake effect rain showers will begin Friday night into Saturday. Some rumbles of thunder are possible with very windy and cooler conditions. High only in the upper 40's.

Strong winds could have the potential of causing some down tree limbs or knocking out some power.

Showers moved into Western New York Friday morning with a bit of a cool down. Temperatures will fall into the mid 50's.
