Buffalo, NY – West Seneca Police are investigating an early morning fatal hit-and-run accident.
At around 2:30 Saturday morning, an as yet unidentified eighteen year old male was struck while he was walking along Seneca Street. Police are on the lookout for a car with front end damage, including the area around the headlight.
