Belmont's expansion allows them to provide assistance to more people who are homeless, living in poverty or earn a low income.
Belmont offer partial and full renters assistance, and counselors are on hand to help fill out any necessary paperwork.

"It has information for renters, homeowners, homeowners to be, land lords, and banking information if your looking to apply for a mortgage, and we give one on one attention," said Huckabone.
Huckabone said the expansion also allowed for more telephones and computers for citizens to use to take care of business.
"We have about 100 visitors a day come through the center, people can come in they can use the computer, there are a number of Websites that are there to help them find an apartment or locate an affordable house," said Huckabone.
Crisis Services has also teamed up with Belmont to help link people to resources such as public assistance, that will help them get back on their feet.
