Buffalo, NY – The family of Sergeant James Hackemer has announced that the Iraq War veteran will be laid to rest during a future burial ceremony performed at Arlington National Cemetery.

Hackemer was killed Friday night after falling from a roller coaster at Darien Lake Theme Park Resort. The family is not holding the them park responsible for the accident, but the coaster remains closed as the investigation continues.

Hackemer's sister, Paula Norley, explains that her brother left a lasting impression, even for those who didn't know him.
