Buffalo, NY – The Buffalo and Erie County Public Library System is celebrating 175-years. All 37 public library branches will in the next two weeks recognize the anniversary and kick off a series of Summer Reading programs with their own celebrations.
But WBFO'S Eileen Buckley reports that as the library celebrates its history, the System faces of future of less funding.
