Buffalo, NY – The special election to fill the vacated 26th Congressional District seat will be held this coming Tuesday, and Democratic candidate Kathy Hochul is getting a boost from party members.
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has announced his endorsement of Hochul, citing her willingness to cut wasteful government spending and to save Medicare.
State Senator Kirsten Gillibrand also supports Hochul and will be in Amherst today to campaign with the candidate.
