North Tonawanda, NY – Governor Andrew Cuomo was in Western New York Thursday. He appeared at a manufacturing plant in North Tonawanda to promote the Recharge New York program that is designed to provide low-cost hydro power to some businesses in order to create jobs.
Afterwards, local reporters caught up with the Governor to ask him a variety of questions. WBFO'S Eileen Buckley has details.
