Buffalo, NY – Buffalo Police are investigating a murder that occurred Monday night on the City's West Side.
D District police officers responded to a call around 9:15 p.m. Monday along the 300-block of Bird Avenue.
Homicide Detectives say a 26-year-old male was shot in the upper body area and was declared dead at the scene. At this time, the victim's name is not being released pending notification of family.
