Buffalo, NY – Muzzamil Hassan's daughter returned to the stand Thursday to be questioned by her own father.

Sonia Hassan had already testified as a prosecution witness. She read from a letter she wrote two years ago to child protective services where she claimed her father posed no threat to her or her siblings.

Under cross examination however, Sonia said her feelings had changed and that she no longer felt safe around her father.

Hassan, who is serving as his own council, has decided not to call his son Michael to testify.

Hassan's legal advisor Jeremy Schwartz talked with reporters about Thursday's court testimony. You can click the above audio to listen to his responses to their questions.
