Another blast of snow on the way

Buffalo, NY – A general snowfall is headed our way prompting a Winter Weather Advisory for Tuesday afernoon.

The entire region can expect four to six inches of new snow from this storm that should hit Western New York around dinner time Tuesady.

Meteorologist Steve McGlaughlin, at the Airport Weather Station in Cheektowaga tells WBFO News depending the on the storm's arrival, we can expect some slow downs on the area roads.

"Especially going to work tomorrow. We may luck out this afternoon. It is a tough call when that is going to start it might hold off until 6'o'clock and we will be fine, or it could even start around 4. You might have some trickiness this evening, but it does look like it will be slow tomorrow morning," said McGlaughlin.

The advisory covers all of Western New York and will be posted from 4 p.m. until 5 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.
