Buffalo, NY – An AMBER Alert was issued Wednesday morning by the Elmira Police. They were searching for a three year that was abducted in Elmira Tuesday night.

The child is Jacob Ryan Rubin Davila, a Hispanic male.

The suspect is identified as Chris, allegedly abducted the child from his mother during an altercation.

Police believe he may have ties to the Buffalo area.

Authorities say the young boy was found at a motel in Henrietta, N.Y. safe and sound.

The child was removed. Reports say four suspects were taken into custody.

The AMBER Alert has been canceled.
