Buffalo, NY – UB's Buffalo Tanzanian Education Project picks up steam. Sunday a group from UB's Center for Educational Collaboration's Civic Pathways left for a remote African village.

WBFO'S Eileen Buckley talked with Civic Pathways project manager Katie Biggie and UB law professor Suzanne Tomkins who have embarked on a 12-day mission in Tanzania. The project started in 2008.

Biggie says they formed a partnership with the Immaculate Heart Sisters of Africa to help build a school for girls in Tanzania.
