Buffalo, NY – With the on-going threat of Lake Effect snows, drivers are advised to avoid getting stranded in their vehicles, much like what happened earlier this month on the Mainline 90-Thruway in the Buffalo area.

WBFO'S Sharon Osorio brings us first-hand advice from some of those folks who were stranded, and learned a big lesson in preparing car emergency kits.
