Tonawanda, NY – The Erie County SPCA says it's costing them hundreds of thousands of dollars to continue caring for nearly three-dozen horses seized from a Town of Aurora farm last March.

As WBFO's Michael Mroziak reports, SPCA officials are pushing a state judge to hold a civil hearing that could bring them some financial relief.
