Buffalo, NY – An ice cream maker in Akron will be featured on this week's episode of NBC's The Apprentice.

Marissa Wilson is the communications manager for Perry's Ice Cream. The local ice cream maker is well known in Western New York. It's the number one brand in this region. But now the nation will be exposed to Perry's.

Wilson is not allowed disclose what task Apprentice show host Donald Trump will ask his teams to conduct, but they will be selling the Perry's Ice Cream product.

Unlike the past Celebrity Apprentice this brand new season, launched last week, focuses on candidates who are now struggling with the economy since the recession hit. Trump decided to return to the original Apprentice.

Wilson and some other Perry's employees traveled to New York to watch the filming of the episode that will feature their product.
