Buffalo, NY – An April shootout in West Seneca has led to the indictment of two men.
Fifty-six year old Jerome Brylski faces multiple charges, while forty-two year old Jeffrey Edwards faces one count of criminal facilitation. Edwards was driving a car that Brylski exited, armed with a rifle. Brylski began firing at police until he and Edwards were injured by return fire.
All West Seneca police officials involved in the case were cleared of charges.
