Buffalo, NY – Two suspects have now been identified in the 2002 killing of Samuel Ciapa.
Last November, thirty year old Michael Hesse pleaded guilty to a manslaughter charge in the murder case. Now, thirty-two year old Alan Tomaski has been indicted by an Erie County Grand Jury in the murder as well.
Tomaski is facing a second degree murder charge.
Cheektowaga police claim that new evidence and new witnesses led to Tomaski's arrest. Investigators claim that the case is still open.
