Albany, NY – One year ago, the State Senate was engulfed in turmoil. Two dissident Democrats joined with minority Republicans in what was widely described as a coup, grabbing power from the Democratic majority.
On the Capitol Pressroom on WBFO, Blair Horner of the New York Public Interest Research Group joined host Susan Arbetter in recalling how the coup began.
