Buffalo, NY – A Buffalo man is free after posting one hundred thousand dollars bail.
Brian Cohen was arrested earlier this month at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport as members of the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice Gangs and Organized Crime Bureau tracked him down. The News reports that Cohen is accused of overseeing the two point two billion dollar online gambling branch of the Luchese family's criminal operations. Cohen also lists a Costa Rica address where the wagers were processed.
The sixty-two year old Cohen is facing a possible fifteen years in prison sentences on money-laundering and gambling charges.
