Woman killed by train identified

By Chris Jamele

Buffalo, NY – A local purse snatcher who had been targeting local churches has been identified as the woman killed Friday by an Amtrak train.

Thirty-seven year old Sandra Abrams made news last fall for stealing purses from church worshippers in Buffalo. Details in the train accident remain sketchy, but the police are considering the incident and accident.

Abrams was known to have struggled with drug issues.
