Buffalo, NY – Investigators have determined that driver inattention led to the fatal January crash that took the life of State Police Officer and Cheektowaga native Jill Mattice.
No specific reason for the drifting of Mattice's car across the center line could be determined.
Mattice died at the scene when her cruiser struck a tractor trailer in Otsego County.
