Buffalo, NY – This weekend, the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra opened its new season with a blockbuster masterpiece gala and a packed house. But the BPO, and most orchestras today, sometimes struggle to keep up that level of excitement. And, more importantly, to keep seats filled. BPO music director JoAnn Falletta stopped by the WBFO studios last week to talk with our Joyce Kryszak. They continue their conversation Monday with a closer look at how the BPO is weathering the economy and other challenges.
