Buffalo, NY – Erie County District Attorney Frank Sedita, III, says his office will gather all all evidence before making a decision whether to prosecute the two teenagers who admitted to vandalizing the front lawn of Bills' cornerback Leodis McKelvin.
The Bills' cornerback continues to say he has no interest in pressing charges against the two. The official affadavit given to Hamburg police however asks that suspects be prosecuted.
Sedita said that ultimately he will decide how this case will be handled.
Two 16-year-old youths admitted to police that they spray painted an obscenity on McKelvin's lawn after he fumbled the ball in Monday night's loss to New England.
