Orchard Park, NY – A West Seneca mother who lost her 20 year old son to texting while driving is speaking out for stricter laws.

Kelly Kline appeared with Erie County Sheriff Timothy Howard at a news conference yesterday in Orchard Park. They also offered a demonstration of a teen driving while texting. WBFO'S Eileen Buckley has the story.
