Cheektowaga, NY – With thousands of vacant and abandon homes in Buffalo and the surrounding suburbs, U.S. Senator Charles Schumer and U.S. Congressman Brian Higgins are pushing for a pilot program. The Community Regeneration Act is designed to help cities like Buffalo fight vacant housing troubles.
