NOW NYS President Marcia Pappas on Beheading of Local Muslim Woman

Buffalo, NY – One of the important stories that was overshadowed by the crash of Flight 3407 last week was the horrific beheading of a Muslim woman, allegedly by her husband.

Forty-four year-old Muzzamil Hassan, a prominent Muslim businessman who founded the Bridges cable network, was arrested on charges of beheaded his wife, thirty-seven year-old Aasiya Hassan.

Marcia Pappas is president of the New York Chapter of the National Organization for Women. WBFO's Mark Scott reached her in Albany to talk about this unspeakable murder.
