Buffalo, NY – Biomarkers are allowing medical researchers to personalize medicine and tailor treatments for patients based on their genetic profile. WBFO'S Eileen Buckley talked to one Roswell Park Cancer Institute doctor who studies biomarkers for the treatment of colon cancer.
Dr. Marwan Fakih is an oncologist at Roswell and assistant professor of medicine at UB. He has conducted clinical trails of biomarkers for those suffering from colorectal cancer.
